Mike is Head of the Architecture Team and a RIBA Chartered Architect with over 1,500 completed projects in the UK, Spain, and Japan. With a 95% planning application success rate, he oversees every project with precision, ensuring designs are creative, compliant, and built to last. Passionate about biophilic design, Mike blends indoor and outdoor spaces to enhance wellbeing while guiding each client through a clear, collaborative process

Chief Operating Officer

Thao is Chief Operating Officer at Paragon Architecture & Construction, bringing over a decade of expertise in client-focused service, business management, and real estate. She oversees the data analytics team, providing precise insights on construction costs, ROI, contractor verification, and feasibility studies. Working closely with the Architecture department, Thao ensures every client receives clear, accurate, and strategic guidance, keeping projects well-planned, cost-effective, and results-driven.
